Realms saying I don't own it when I do, access denied to website
I have gone in circles trying to figure out why Minecraft Realms hasn't been working. The launcher/app says I don't own it and the website says I do own it.
So I called Microsoft tech support.
Then during my call, I uninstalled Minecraft as requested. When I went to any Minecraft.net site, it says access denied. The tech was completely confused as I am. Now I can't even access realms to cancel my subscription if I wanted to.
This is extremely frustrating, all I wanted to do was play with my friend, now I'm in the middle of a huge mess.
I called the number on this website and the automated machine said it couldn't help me and hung up. What's going on?
Preferred solution: I would like to have access to the website to download the game again and have a working Realms that I pay for every month.
