New ReviewerIf I could give a negative score I would. It's been 3 weeks now and I can't recover my password.
I've been supporting this game since it's Alpha stage and when I purchased I was promised full access to the game for life. Well, not anymore. I can't get into my account and the support team is refusing to give me a new password. I still use and have access to the email that registered to it yet they are being beyond unreasonable with helping me recover the password.
Now I have my only email address registered to a game that I can't access and even if I wanted to buy the game again I'll need to create an entirely new email just to play. They want me to verify the month I purchased this game 8 years ago?! With a paypal I don't even use anymore??? Are you serious?
I'm so pissed off at this *** *** company and their lack of support for customers!! In my 32 years I've never been so pissed off about an experience with a company.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $15.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Mojang Cons: Stupid.
